Bach Flower Remedy Consults
Your mental health and emotional wellness is important to your overall health and zest for life! We will chat about any emotional imbalances you are experiencing and guide you to which remedies suit you best. Jennifer has formal training from The Bach Centre in England and is a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP). The Bach Remedies are gentle and non-habit forming, do not contra-indicate with any medications and are safe for ALL ages (including babies, pets and plants!).

These appointments can be in-person or Virtual (online) and are confidential and completely tailored to you. A questionnaire will be sent to you before your consultation. Yes! Reflexology is covered by a number of insurance companies across Canada.
Clients must check their individual insurance plans or their employers to determine
if reflexology is covered in their plan. If reflexology is not included, clients can request to have it added to their coverage or ask their employer to include it in their group health insurance.

Songbird carries a very select stock of high quality, therapeutic grade, professional-line supplements available to clients who have received an Initial Reflexology Treatment which includes a brief nutritional consult. Once clients have discussed their health history and received their treatment, they may be discussed which may help to optimize their health. Supplements are not available to the public without a consultation. Health concerns which are beyond the scope of RHN/RCRT will be referred to a Medical Doctor and/or a Naturopathic Doctor.
